May: How to Plant a Garden and Keep it Alive
This past May, I set out to master the art of gardening. It lasted all the way through the Summer and into the beginning of Fall, so I must have been doing something right.
Thanks for Watching!

Public Service Announcement: Abstinence
This should be the last health video I do. We'll get back to our regularly scheduled program shortly.

Body Image: A Video
This is a final project that I did for health. I'm pretty happy with it considering it's relatively last-minute (the last day to turn in anything is Wednesday and I'm sitting at 43% instead of 80%). Tell me what you think!
Thanks for watching!

What To Do in the Event of a Snake Bite
This is for my online health class. It's the first video that I've made in a long time, so I thought that I'd share it with you. I call it my horrible masterpiece. Enjoy!

Cabin Trip!
My neighbor (whose family owned the cabin mentioned in this video) was bugging me about getting the bike jumps put up on Facebook. So when I woke up around 10 today, I got right to editing. It took about five hours (probably less, because there were numerous snack breaks thrown in there), but now it's done and I can make other videos now. Hurray!
Enjoy! Let me know what you think, if you're so inclined (I love feedback!).

The Doppler Effect: A Physics Final Project
For my final project in honors physics (or, as a tribute to Mr. Hewitt, that thing that starts with an "F" and ends in "Isics"!) I had to pick something that we had learned about in class sometime between the beginning of the year to the present. We're in the middle of a unit about light and sound (mostly light), which was convenient, because I could apply lots of things about sound to my every day life. I picked the Doppler Effect mostly because it was easy. Also, I hadn't heard anyone else talk about doing it. I like not copying people!
So any way, enjoy the video and I hope you learn a little something (because that'll mean I did my job extra right!).
Have a lovely week! I'm still working on the last LONTEM video, I promise...

Egypt Today (A Human Geography Project)
I've been a little silent for a few days. Here's why:
This is a project that I had to do for my AP Human Geography class. I feel like I did a decent job (for throwing it together in a day because my procrastination is so horrible...), so I thought that I could share it with you. Tell me what you think, your comments are treasured :)
I'll be doing Friday Follow and the Blog Hop this weekend, as in I'll answer the questions, but I'm going to be with my cousin, grandma, and little sister, so I can't promise that I'll have as much screen time as I normally would. Maybe it'll be good for me to actually leave the house :) Either way, I'll try and visit you guys that stop by on Sunday when I return to my cave. Until then...
Thanks for reading!

P.S. I just read a message that was sent to a group of people from the family we know that lives in Cairo. To sum up what they said, Egypt is the perfect picture of a democracy. There are people discussing in the street-- they are discussing their future. Everyone is coming together for this one cause. How beautiful!

Les Morts et Les Partis-- A French Soap Opera
I now present my group's French Soap Opera project!
"Les Morts et Les Partis" means "The Dead and the Gone" (inspired by Susan Beth Pfeffer) I'll edit this post later with the translation of everything. For now, the subtitles are in French, because this is a school project.
Questions? Comments? Let me know in the comments.
Thanks for watching!

Jude Rosenberg Still Writes Letters

What I like about sending mail is that I'll probably get a letter back. I love getting letters in the mail! That's why I like my birthday so much. There's always a couple things in the mail!
I guess I was just wondering, does anyone else send letters? It would be kind of nice to know that the computer age hasn't completely obliterated perfectly good means of communication.
I think today is going to be fun! Jack is coming over and (if the car is still here) I get to go and pick him up without the assistance of my parental units (can you tell that I'm still getting used to the idea of a driver's license?)
I hope your days are great too!

Comments and Thoughts on HP7
Here's your first warning...
Proceed at your own risk! If you have not seen HP7 yet, don't bother with this post!
SPOILER ALERT!
I'm really sorry if this video upsets everyone. I felt like this video needed to be made. I needed to talk about it and comment on everything, being the critic that I am. I feel a lot better now.
This will probably be the last Harry Potter related post for a while. I'm not sure what would cause me to do another Harry Potter post unless I reviewed the books.
Thanks for putting up with my geekiness!

Blog Hopping (3), Follow Friday (1), and Vlog #3!
Just in case you absolutely hated this format of blogging, I won't be doing this all the time. My reviews of movies and books will be typed as per usual and the other posts when I'm too lazy and incoherent to create a video blog. No worries! There'll be something for everyone!
Also, John Green gave the pep talk for NaNoWriMo today. I just about died of excitement (as if I haven't done enough of that already!).
Thanks for reading/watching!

P.S. Geez... I still have a lot to figure out about this video-blogging thing... the annotations are off, I apologize...

An Experiment With Video-Blogging!
If you hear many clicks and beeps, you're not going nuts. That's just the crappy quality you're hearing.
The Trebuchet that that Stranger Above Spoke Of!

I have taken a few pages out of a couple books today... one out of Wheezy Waiter's and the Vlogbrother's books because of the style the video is in (although, I do blink... several times...) and also Hyperbole and a Half's book because of the pictures I made on MS Paint (although hers are ten time better and more creative... they also illustrate funny anecdotes of hers!).
Sorry for the weird post! I'll choose one medium to tell you stuff in next time! If you have a preference, please share!

Derniere Danse
Here it is!
There is so much wrong with this video... while I was at school editing this, I found out that it didn't match up with the verses that the pictures were supposed to correspond with. That's okay. That was the least of my worries. When I got home and uploaded it to YouTube, I was really excited. The synchronization issue wasn't enough to get me down. I started to play it on my computer and it was incredibly blurry. Also, some of my edits (I'm sure I edited everything that I could) didn't adhere to the exported version. I have the Ken Burns effect (this really weird zoom-in feature that I really, really wish wasn't automatically put into pictures) in really inconvenient places.
Other than those things, I'm pretty happy with the final product. I'm going to try and go into the Mac Lab during lunch one day and fix the things that went awry. Then I'll re-upload it and share it with you again! For now, here it is (er, up there).
P.S. I looked at it again, and the grainy-ness seems to have improved ever so slightly. It's better than nothing, I guess.
